Sparrow in My Corridor

 Hello Readers ... Hope you all are doing well.

I just want to share a pleasant experience that happened at my place in the city, like a story. Read and enjoy 😊. 

 It was a pleasant morning of monsoon season. I woke up with a smooth breeze around me from the windows. Then I have heard the chirping sounds of sparrows. 

 We had a mirror in the corridor, and it started to come around it and looked into the mirror ..may be trying to play with itself imagining the reflection in the mirror might be a mate or a friend.




Even, it might have recognized itself 😀like humans. It was so small and cute played around the mirror and when I tried to feed it flew away. 

Again in the evening, it came and, started playing with the mirror. Maybe it is, sparrows nature of enjoying... 

From that day onwards we kept the mirror in the corridor only..so that we could enjoy sparrow's guest appearance. To our surprise, the next day also it came to play with itself again and again daily twice morning and evening. It made me so happy and pleasant. How the almighty is creative and made these cute species along with us.

After few days I didn't see it again, I felt bad for missing the beautiful scene again.

Days passed and months passed ...One early morning again I have heard the chirping sound of a sparrow. I jumped off the sheets to check it. And yes .. it is the cute little one who came again to play with the mirror. I don't know if this sparrow is an earlier one or not but am really enjoying its appearance again daily....and kept a few grains and water for birds



Later I could able to see few more cute sparrows regularly playing around the mirror...💞

Yes, we need to protect our nature. In my home town, I used to see many birds around. But in the city, it's not happening due to pollution, deforestation and a lot of other factors. We may not protect them completely but let's start with small steps to save those species.
